We are closed on federal holidays. Saturday morning is for quotes, freight questions, and delivery scheduling. Loading and dispatch run Monday to Friday only.

- Phone during business hours: answered, or returned the same day if we are out in the yard

- Existing order and delivery questions: same business day
- Returns and warranty claims: within 2 business days
- Freight damage: call, do not email. Damage claims are time-sensitive
Messages that land after 6:00 PM Eastern or over the weekend are picked up the next business morning.
Requesting a quote
Give us these five things and we can usually come back with a firm number and a realistic delivery date on the first reply:
- The unit, or the job. Either the listing link and stock number, or a description of the work if you are not sure what suits it.
- Delivery ZIP code, and whether the address is a job site, a farm, a yard, or a residence.
- Site access. Can a 70 foot tractor-trailer get in, turn around, and get out? A photo of the approach answers this in seconds.
- Off-load method. Driving it off under its own power, or do you need a forklift or dock?
- When you need it on the ground, and a mobile number the carrier can reach during the working day.
Attachments, hydraulic couplers, trailer options, and part numbers help too if you already know what you want. Buying for a company? Send the business name and any tax exemption certificate up front and we will set the paperwork up properly the first time.
