Straightforward Buying, Start To Finish

Buying heavy equipment online should not be a guessing game. Here is exactly what happens once you find the unit you want.

  • Check the listing. Full photo set, honest condition notes and the real price. What you see is the unit you get.
  • Call or order online. Talk it through with us first if you want. We would rather you bought the right machine than the wrong one.
  • Pre-delivery inspection. Fluids, tires, hydraulics and controls checked before anything leaves the yard.
  • Flat $550 freight. We book the flatbed and the carrier calls you to arrange a delivery window.
  • Inspect on arrival. Note anything on the delivery receipt. You have 30 days to return.

Delivery

What The $550 Actually Covers

Freight on equipment is usually quoted per mile and per ton, which makes budgeting impossible. We price it flat instead.

Flatbed or lowboy transport

Equipment moves on a proper deck, not a parcel network. The carrier is insured for the value of the unit in transit.

Dispatch in 2–5 business days

That covers the pre-delivery inspection and booking the carrier. Transit time on top depends on distance.

The carrier calls you

You get a call to arrange a delivery window rather than a truck turning up unannounced.

Damage is our problem

Note anything on the delivery receipt before you sign and we handle the freight claim, not you.

Lower 48 at the flat rate

Alaska, Hawaii and offshore addresses are quoted separately — call and we will price it honestly.

Off-load is yours to arrange

Most units drive or roll off. Tell us the site and we will say plainly whether you need a forklift or a ramp.

Common Questions

Before You Buy

Can I see the machine before I commit?

Yes. Every listing carries a full photo set, and if you want more — a specific angle, the hour meter, a close-up of the tires — call and we will take them and send them over the same day. You are also welcome to inspect in person at Piscataway by appointment.

Is used equipment sold as-is?

Used units are sold as-is in terms of long-term warranty, but not sight-unseen. Everything gets a pre-delivery inspection and we write up what we find, including the faults. If a machine has a weeping seal or tired tires, that goes in the description rather than getting hidden. You still have 30 days from delivery to return it.

How do I know a trailer will suit my truck?

Check the GVW on the listing against your tow vehicle rating and your license class. If you are not sure, call us with the make and model of your truck and we will work it out with you. We would rather talk you into a lighter trailer than sell you one you cannot legally pull.

Do you take trade-ins or offer finance?

Talk to us. Trade-ins are handled case by case depending on what you have and where it is. For finance, we work with buyers who arrange their own equipment lending and we will supply whatever invoicing and specification paperwork your lender needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

ACH and wire transfer are the usual route for equipment at this value, and the unit is held for three business days while payment clears. We can also take card payment over the phone or issue a business invoice — see our Payment Methods page.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at present. We ship to addresses within the United States only, with the flat $550 rate covering the continental lower 48.
