Twenty-four feet, black, 2026 Millennium Hero. This is the middle size in enclosed car haulers and the one most buyers land on. It takes a full-size car with room to open the doors and walk both sides, and it still goes places a 28-footer cannot.
The frame is 6-inch tube with a 48-inch triple-tube tongue. Walls are 3/8-inch engineered panel and the floor is 3/4-inch engineered. Those numbers matter more than the paint does. A floor jack, a set of jack stands and a hard ratchet strap put point loads into a trailer floor that thin plywood does not survive. The roof is aluminum.

Heavy-duty ramp door with a flap over a 48-inch beavertail. Four feet of taper pulls real angle out of the approach, so a low car loads without a plank under the ramp. The 36-inch side door with a barlock lets you check straps or grab a tool without dropping the rear ramp every time, which gets old fast on a long trip. A 16-inch stone guard runs across the front and earns itself back the first winter you spend on salted interstate.

The V-nose is a 30-inch slant wedge. It cuts air better than a flat front and gives you usable storage up ahead of the car for tires and tools. Six inches of added height brings the interior to about seven feet, enough to stand alongside the vehicle rather than work bent over.
Worth knowing: this Hero rides on two 5,200 lb drop spring axles rather than torsion. Springs ride firmer, but any shop can service or rebuild one, and parts are on the shelf anywhere. Torsion axles ride softer and have to be replaced outright when the rubber goes. For a car hauler that lives on pavement, springs are the easier thing to own long term.
