2026 E-Z Hauler Enclosed Trailer

Seventeen inches of deck height. Combined with the integrated beavertail and the spring-assisted rear ramp, that is what makes this trailer load a low car or a side-by-side without a board under the ramp. Most enclosed trailers in this size sit noticeably higher and fight you at the ramp break.

The frame is all-aluminum and integrated rather than a steel chassis with an aluminum body bolted on. The exterior is .080 Polycor in charcoal, over two and a half times thicker than the standard .030 aluminum most enclosed trailers use.

Is the thick skin worth it

Depends what happens to your trailer. A .030 skin dents if a branch catches it or somebody backs a forklift into the side. The .080 shrugs that off. It costs weight and it costs money, and if your trailer lives in a garage and goes to two shows a year you will never see the benefit. If it lives on a job site or gets loaded by other people, it pays for itself the first time.

Capacity and interior

GVWR is 7,000 lb with a payload capacity over 4,700 lb, which is a healthy ratio for an enclosed 16-footer and a direct result of the aluminum construction. Interior height is just under 7 ft, which clears most UTVs and side-by-sides with a roof on. Four recessed 5,000 lb D-rings are set into the floor. Flooring and walls are water-resistant, the roof is one-piece aluminum, and the nose is a V for aerodynamics and a little extra length inside.
