Sno Pro 8ft Powder Coated Sled Deck, 2023
A sled deck turns a pickup bed into a snowmobile hauler. Nothing to back into a snowbank at the trailhead, no second set of tires to worry about on an icy grade. This one is a 2023 Sno Pro Sport Deck, 8 feet long, finished in black powder coat with coated sides and headache rack. It came to us pre-owned and the finish has held up.
What is on it
Quad Ply decking is the surface your track sits on. It grips wet and it is kinder to carbides than bare metal. The ramp telescopes, which is the feature that matters most at the end of a long day: pull it out, walk the sled up, slide it back in. Sliding sides were added to this deck, so you have latitude in how you position and strap a machine instead of being locked into one footprint.
The headache rack keeps a loose sled out of the back window. This one also carries four extra lights, a set of stop/turn lights and a set of backup lights. Loading in the dark in a gravel pullout is when that wiring earns its keep.

Powder coat versus bare aluminum
A coated deck is tougher and cheaper than aluminum and it looks better the day you get it. The catch is chips. A ramp edge or a stray carbide eventually breaks the finish, and once salt works underneath you are chasing rust. Touch up chips the same season you find them and a coated deck lasts years. Bare aluminum skips that chore but costs more up front and gives back payload you might rather spend on the machines.
Before you order
Measure the bed. Eight feet suits a full-size long bed; a short bed means overhang and a ramp that has to clear the tailgate. Freight is a flat $550 to the continental US, USD, US shipping only. Thirty days to return it. Questions go to (712) 356-0109 or sales@acornmachinery.com.
