2024 Sno Pro 7.5×22 Aluminum 4-Place Drive In/Out
Four sleds, one trailer, and nobody backing a machine down a ramp in the dark. That is the case for this Sno Pro. It is an aluminum enclosed sled hauler with door openings at both ends, so you load from the front and pull straight out the back. Riders who travel as a group of four are the buyers.
Box length totals 28 feet: a 22-foot main box plus a 6-foot V-nose. The V-nose is not only styling. It tows quieter and gives skis somewhere to sit so four machines are not fighting each other for length. Interior height was built 6 inches taller than standard at 82 inches. That is the difference between clearing a tall mountain sled and scraping a windshield on the ceiling.
Loading
The rear opening measures 80″ x 78″ and the front 60″ x 78″. Both are tapered spring-assist ramp doors, so raising one is a one-hand job with gloves on. LowPro grip glides ease carbides over the transition. Track mats and ski guides are already installed, and paddle grabbers keep studs from chewing the walls.
Chassis and interior
Two 3,500 lb torsion axles ride underneath, both braked, in a spread-axle layout. Spread axles settle down at highway speed and track straighter in a crosswind. They also scrub tires harder in a tight gas station lot. For a trailer that lives on the interstate, that is a fair trade. Full-length slide tracks with sliding D-rings anchor the sleds anywhere along the box. A 48-inch overhead cabinet with a flip-up door swallows helmets and suits. A 32″ x 72″ side access door with a paddle handle saves you from opening a ramp every time you want a wrench. Three dome lights, a premium exterior light package, and a lit rear door canopy cover night loading. A roof vent pulls moisture out after a wet day.
Payload is 3,670 lbs on a 6,000 lb GVWR with a 2,330 lb dry weight. Four sleds and gear fit inside that, though it is worth weighing yours if you run big-bore machines with full tanks.
