2024 N&N Trailers 7×20+3 Galvanized 22.5K Lowpro Equipment Trailer
Three axles, a 22,500 lb GVWR, and 17,800 lbs of payload. This is a machine trailer, aimed at skid steers, mini excavators, compact track loaders, and mid-size tractors. That is the class of iron that outgrows a 14K equipment trailer in a hurry. N&N galvanizes the entire trailer, frame included.
Low profile, and what it buys you
Deck height is 23 inches. Pair that with the 36-inch beavertail and the full-width fold-flat wedge ramps and you get a loading angle a tracked machine can actually climb without dragging its counterweight or hanging up at the break. Low decks do cost you ground clearance and underbelly protection on rough ground. Most equipment haulers take that trade without much thought, because a machine that will not load is a machine that never reaches the job.
Galvanized against painted
Paint on an equipment trailer starts losing at the ramp hinges and across the beavertail, where steel tracks scrape it off. Rust follows within a season on a salted road. Hot-dip galvanizing bonds to the steel itself, so there is no coating to chip through. It costs more up front and it never looks glossy. It also holds resale value better than any repaint, and there is no maintenance schedule to forget.
Underneath
The frame is 8-inch H-beam with crossmembers on 16-inch centers, decked in 2×8 spruce plank with eight welded D-rings. Three 7,500 lb drop axles ride slipper spring suspension on 235/75R17.5 tires in a 14-ply rating. Up front is a Demco 21,000 lb ball coupler and a 12,000 lb drop-leg jack. Rear stabilizer legs, a pole-mounted toolbox, and a spare tire mount are already fitted.

Before you commit, set your machine’s operating weight next to the 17,800 lb payload and leave room for attachments and fuel. Then look at the truck. A ball-coupler trailer at 22,500 lbs is a serious load, and hitch rating, receiver rating, and licensing all have to line up before it is legal, never mind safe.
