2024 Mission Trailers 101×12 Aluminum 2-Place Crossover 3.0
Two sleds, or one side-by-side, in an all-aluminum box that measures 15 feet overall including the 3-foot V-nose. This unit left the factory with the Side X Side package, which adds 9 inches of height and brings the interior to 81 inches. Check that number first. A tall UTV with a roll cage will not fit a standard crossover, and this build exists to solve exactly that.
Openings and access
The rear opening is 92 inches wide by 78 tall behind a tapered ramp door with spring assist, and ski deflectors are already fitted to the ramp. A 32×66 side access door with a paddle handle and a 3-piece fixed step get you inside without dropping the rear. Full-length slide tracks with ski tie-down bars run the length of the 3/4-inch deck, so tie-down points land where the machines actually sit instead of where a factory D-ring happened to go.
Aluminum all the way down
The frame is 100% box tube with straight side construction, 2×4 subframe tubing, and a 4-inch A-frame tongue. Wall studs are 1×1.5 .080, roof studs 1.5×1.5 on 16-inch centers, floor crossmembers on 24-inch centers. Sides are smooth .030 bonded panels under a one-piece aluminum roof, and even the hardware is aluminum. A 24-inch diamond plate stoneguard and a 12-inch kickplate cover the two spots that get chewed up first.

Weight is the honest trade. Dry weight is 1,431 lbs against a 2,990 lb GVWR, leaving 1,559 lbs of payload. Two sleds and fuel fit. Two sleds plus a generator, a full can, and a week of gear may not. The 3K torsion axle is an idler with no brakes, which is standard at this rating and part of why the trailer follows a light tow vehicle so easily. A 14×14 manual roof vent handles moisture, and the rear canopy carries a loading light for the dark end of a ride day.
