2026 28 ft. Millennium Extreme Enclosed Car Hauler
This one is for the racer who needs 28 feet of covered floor and would rather not pay aluminum money to get it. The Extreme is steel-framed under a .030 white bonded skin, and it shows up finished rather than as a shell you have to build out. Two 6,000# spread torsion axles carry it. Interior height runs roughly 7 feet, which is enough room to walk around a loaded car without ducking.
Loading
The 72-inch beavertail is the number to look at. A longer beavertail means a shallower approach, which means fewer scraped splitters and air dams on a lowered car. The heavy-duty ramp door carries a flap to close the gap at the pavement. Four 5,000# D-rings sit recessed into the floor so straps lie flat and nobody catches a boot on a raised ring. A winch plate is already mounted up front. The rear wing holds an 18-inch LED loading light, which earns its keep the first time you load out at nine at night.
Interior and power
An aluminum L-shaped base cabinet with a straight overhead occupies the front wall. The 40 in. x 32 in. generator door opens into its own compartment, so the genset stays out of the sealed box. The trailer is wired and framed for A/C if you decide to add it. A 12V battery and box feed the LED electrical package. White vinyl walls, an insulated white vinyl ceiling, and black coin flooring make up the finished interior, and the spare mounts inside on its own bracket.

The trade-off is plain. Steel framing costs you weight against a comparable aluminum trailer of the same length. What you get back is a lower price and a structure that tolerates abuse. Check your truck’s rating against the loaded number before you commit, and measure your car against the usable floor length once the front cabinet takes its share. Freight is a flat $550 anywhere in the continental US, and we take returns for 30 days. Call (712) 356-0109 if you want the actual empty weight before you buy.
