Twenty-eight feet of enclosed trailer is a lot of steel to drag around, which is exactly why this 2026 Millennium Extreme is built from aluminum instead. Frame, skin, tongue and winch plate all aluminum. You feel it in the fuel numbers on a long haul and you feel it more in what your truck has left over for cargo once the trailer itself is accounted for.
The honest counterpoint: aluminum costs more up front and a serious hit is harder to repair than the same damage on a steel frame. If the trailer lives in a corner of a lot and tows twice a year, the steel version saves you money. If it runs every weekend or hauls behind a half-ton that is already working, aluminum is the right answer.
Loading a long, low car
The beavertail runs 72 inches. Six feet of taper is generous, and paired with the heavy-duty ramp door and flap it gets low-clearance cars up the ramp without a plank. A rear wing carries an LED loading light for after dark. Four 5,000 lb D-rings sit recessed in the floor so nothing stands proud where you walk or roll a jack.
The interior is finished, not bare
White vinyl walls and an insulated ceiling. Black coin flooring, which takes traffic and cleans up. An L-shaped base cabinet with a straight overhead run gives you real bench and storage space rather than a shelf. The 40 in. x 32 in. generator door and compartment is the feature that separates this from a plain box: you can run a generator from its own vented bay instead of setting one on the ramp or in the aisle.

The 6,000 lb spread torsion axles are a step up from the 5,200s common at this length, and spreading them settles the trailer at highway speed. The 48-inch side door has a slide-out step, which sounds minor until you have climbed in and out of a trailer forty times in a weekend.
Two things to check before ordering. Measure your longest vehicle against usable length after the front cabinet, not against the nominal 28 feet. And confirm your tow rating covers the loaded weight, because a light trailer still becomes a heavy one once a car is inside it.
