2026 26 ft. Millennium Aluminum Blaze Enclosed Car Hauler (Unit 1042)
Buy this one if the trailer is part of the presentation. The Aluminum Blaze is an all-aluminum 26-footer in a .030 white screwless skin, and it comes out of the factory finished, cabineted, and ready to park next to the car it hauls. A 30 in. V-nose adds usable nose space and cuts a little drag. Interior height is about 7 feet.

Spread torsion axles are the reason this trailer tows the way it does. Splitting the 5,200# axles apart puts more distance between the contact patches, which settles the trailer down at highway speed and takes some of the chop out of a rough road. Torsion suspension also runs independently side to side, so one wheel dropping into a seam does not lever the other one. Tires wear more evenly than they do on a tight tandem spring setup. E-Z Lube hubs mean you can service bearings without pulling the drum apart.
Loading is handled by a heavy-duty ramp door with a flap and a 48 in. beavertail. That is a shorter beavertail than you get on the longest race trailers, so a genuinely low car may still want ramp extensions. Four 5,000# D-rings are recessed into the floor. An aluminum winch plate is fitted, and the rear wing carries an 18 in. loading light. A roof vent moves air, and the trailer is framed and wired for A/C if you want it later.
Aluminum is the expensive choice, and it is worth explaining why people make it. It does not rust, which matters if the trailer lives outside or sees winter salt, and the empty weight is lower than a steel trailer of the same size, so more of your truck’s capacity goes to the car instead of the box. You pay for that up front. Freight to anywhere in the continental US is a flat $550 and returns run 30 days.
