2026 24 ft. Millennium Econo-Max Enclosed Car Hauler

Two things separate this Econo-Max from the rest of the 24 ft. trailers on the lot: 7,000# torsion axles and roughly 8 feet of interior height. Everything else follows from those numbers. The extra foot of ceiling clears lifted trucks and tall equipment that will not fit under a 7 ft. header. The 7k axles give you room for a heavy car plus tools plus a generator, without living at the top of the rating.

The skin is .080 red poly-core over a 6 in. tubular main frame, wrapped in 24 in. ATP stone guard on the front, sides, and rear. Walls are 3/8 in. plywood, floor is 3/4 in. plywood. It carries a 5-year limited warranty, longer than the aluminum trailers in the same line.

Tie-down and access

Fourteen recessed floor D-rings. That is the standout spec and it is not a marketing number. Fourteen anchor points mean you can position straps where the car’s tow hooks actually are instead of compromising, and you can reconfigure when the load changes. The rear is a ramp door with flap over a beavertail. Access is through an upgraded 48 in. side door with FlushLock, plus a 54 in. x 48 in. escape door, which is what you want when a car is parked tight to one wall and you need out from the driver’s seat.

Here is the catch with 7k axles. A 14,000# axle rating does not mean your truck can legally pull 14,000 pounds. Check the GCWR on your door jamb and the hitch rating, then work backward. Plenty of half-tons cannot legally load this trailer to capacity. The 8 ft. ceiling also raises the frontal area, so expect to feel it in a crosswind and in your fuel numbers.
