Skirted spread torsion axles
Two 5,200-pound spread torsion axles with skirting between the wheels. The skirting cleans up the airflow along the side, which helps a little at highway speed and helps more with how the trailer looks parked in a paddock. Aluminum wheels keep unsprung weight down.
Beavertail loading
A beavertail at the rear flattens the approach angle so a low car climbs on without dragging the splitter. The Premium Escape Door handles the other half of the problem, which is getting out once the car is inside and the doors will not open all the way. An aluminum slide-out step makes normal entry easy.
