2026 24 ft. Millennium Hero Enclosed Car Hauler, White (Unit 9860)
The Hero is the working end of the Millennium line. No aluminum frame, no cabinet package, no generator door. What you get is 24 feet of enclosed box on a 6 in. tube frame with two 5,200# drop spring axles under it, and a rear door setup that will actually load a car. That is enough for most people. A pair of side-by-sides, a project car, or a jobsite’s worth of tools all fit.
The loading end
Heavy-duty ramp door with a flap, backed by a 48 in. beavertail. The beavertail drops the rear of the floor so the ramp meets the ground at a shallower angle. On a stock-height car this is a non-issue. On anything lowered, plan on ramp extensions regardless of what any dealer tells you. Four D-rings are installed in the floor. A 36 in. side door with barlock gets you in at the front of the load without dropping the ramp.
Height
Six inches of added height brings the interior to roughly 7 ft. That figure decides whether a lifted truck or a tall SxS clears the header, so measure your load at its highest point before you order, not after it arrives.

On the white: it runs cooler inside than a dark trailer on an August afternoon, and it takes lettering better than any other color if the trailer is going to advertise a business. It also shows every bit of road film. Pick your problem.
Drop spring axles are the budget choice against torsion. They are simpler, cheaper to fix on the road, and any shop can source parts. They also transmit more of the road into the box.
