The RSW400 takes a log, cuts it to length, and splits it before it hits the conveyor. Feed it rounds up to 15.7 in. across, cut at 24 in., and the ram pushes the block through a 4-way wedge on the way out. That is the entire job of a firewood processor. This one is sized for somebody selling cordwood off a small yard, not for a mill running two shifts.
Everything on it runs on hydraulic flow you supply. The processor wants 40-60 L/min, which is 10.5 to 15.8 gpm, at 23 MPa working pressure. A mid-size tractor will do it. So will a dedicated power pack. There is no engine on the machine, so price the power source before you commit to this one.

What the numbers mean in the woodpile
Fourteen tons through a 3.5 in. bore cylinder is enough for knotty hardwood at 15 in. diameter without stalling the stroke. The 4-way wedge quarters in a single pass, which is what you want for stove wood. If you sell halves for fireplaces you will be swapping wedges or re-handling. Worth knowing before you order.
Saw side is a 24 in. harvester bar on .325 chain, driven by a plunger motor. Both are common sizes, so replacement chain is easy to find and cheap. Control is remote, so the operator stands clear of the wedge.
At 1,288 lbs this is not something you shift by hand. Plan on forks or a loader bucket to place it.
