2024 E-Z Hauler 7×24 Aluminum 4-Place Drive In/Out
Four sleds, one trailer, and no backing out of a dark parking lot at the end of the day. That is the job this E-Z Hauler was built for. The body is all aluminum on an integrated frame, so road salt has nothing to eat. Dry weight is 2,080 lbs against a 6,000 lb GVWR, which leaves 3,920 lbs of payload for machines, fuel, and the gear bags that always weigh more than you planned.
Drive in one end, out the other
Tapered ramps at the front and the rear turn loading into a straight pull-through. Both are spring assisted, so raising them is a one-hand job even with mitts on. The rear opening measures 76″ wide by 70″ tall, the front 54″ by 68″. Interior height is 73″. Measure your tallest windshield before you commit. That 73″ is the number that decides whether a tall touring sled rides in as-is or gets stripped.
Details that matter in February
Two 14″x14″ fuel doors with paddle handles let you top off tanks without dropping ramps. The rear canopy has lights built in, which is worth more than it sounds when you are loading after dark. Full-length slide tracks with sliding D-rings put tie-down points where the sled actually sits instead of where the factory guessed. A 24″ stoneguard and Salem vents finish the package.
