2022 Sno Pro 101×12 Aluminum Hybrid 2.0
Two sleds, one axle, 1,090 lbs empty. The Hybrid 2.0 is for the rider who wants a box over the machines without the tow weight of a full steel enclosed trailer. Everything structural on it is aluminum, so the brine on a January highway has nothing to corrode. GVWR is 2,990 lbs, which leaves 1,900 lbs of payload. What hybrid actually means
A hybrid runs a shorter, lower box than a full-height enclosed trailer. You give up standing room and shelf space. In exchange you get less weight, less wind, and a trailer a half-ton or even a mid-size SUV pulls without complaint. Interior height is 64″ and the rear opening measures 93″ wide by 61″ tall. Measure your sleds with the windshields mounted before you commit, because a tall mountain sled is not clearing 61″.
Loading and tie-down
The rear ramp door is tapered with spring assist, so the transition at the ground is gradual and the door lifts without a second set of hands. Track mats and ski guides are already installed. A full-length slide track with ski tie-down bars runs the length of the box, so you strap down where the machine actually sits. The 26″x58″ side access door with a paddle handle gets you to gear without dropping the ramp. Interior LED dome lights on a wall switch earn their keep when you are loading at nine at night in an unlit lot.

One thing to be clear about: the axle is an idler, so there are no trailer brakes. That is normal at 2,990 lbs, but it means your tow vehicle does all the stopping.
