Fans in the horse area. Not every four-horse trailer has them, and if you have ever loaded four head at a July show and then sat in traffic on the way home, you understand why they lead this listing. The 2004 Cherokee also carries roof vents, drop-down windows on the head side, and sliding bus windows at the rear, so ventilation is not resting on a single trick.
The other detail worth calling out is stud-hanging mats on each slant. They hang between horses rather than lying on the floor, keeping animals from leaning into each other and taking the abuse that would otherwise land on a divider or a neighbor. On a four-horse rig that runs mixed groups, they earn their keep quickly.
Storage front and back
The 4-foot dressing room up front holds a 2-tier saddle rack, a 4-tier blanket bar, bridle hooks, and boot bars. Four feet is compact. This is a dressing room, not living quarters, and it is sized for gear rather than for sleeping. At the rear, a collapsible tack carries a 4-tier saddle rack, bridle hooks, and a brush tray, then folds clear when you want the loading space open.
An escape door gives you a way out after the first horse is in. On a four-horse slant we do not consider that optional equipment.

This trailer went through our shop before it was listed. Brakes inspected and serviced, bearings packed, all interior and exterior lights tested, roof seams checked and sealed.
We do not have published length, GVWR, or axle ratings on file for this unit. Call and we will read the tags for you. Four horses loaded is real weight regardless of what the trailer scales empty, so settle your truck’s gooseneck hitch rating and rear axle capacity first. On a 2004, look hard at the floor and the tire date codes as well.
