Budget straight-load bumper pull, all aluminum, two horse. The Dalton Adam is a plain trailer and that is mostly the point. No living quarters, no long options list, nothing extra to break. What you get is an aluminum box on 3,500 lb axles with a rear escape door, and this one has been kept clean.
The 7’6″ inside height is the standout number here. That is roughly 22.5 hands of clearance, taller than plenty of newer two-horse bumper pulls, and it makes a real difference for a horse that throws its head on the road. Outside width runs about 6 feet, which is narrower than the 7-foot trailers most dealers stock. Two average horses fit fine. Two wide-bodied ones will be shoulder to shoulder.

At roughly 2,800 lbs empty, a half-ton with a proper hitch and a brake controller handles this trailer loaded. The 7,000 lb GVWR is the ceiling for everything combined: trailer, horses, tack, water, feed. It is easier to reach than people expect once you add two 1,200 lb horses and a full tack load.
The rear escape door deserves a mention. On a straight load without one, you are backing out past a horse in a narrow space every time. It is the single feature that separates a safe old two-horse from an unpleasant one.
