Three horses and a place to sleep. That is the job this Hart does, and the mid-tack layout is what separates it from a trailer that simply bolts a bunk onto the gooseneck. Living quarters up front, tack in the middle, stalls at the back. You walk through the rig in the order you actually use it.
The living quarters
Shower and toilet. Sink and refrigerator. Microwave. A bench seat and a broom closet, which sounds like a trivial thing until you have spent three days in a space with nowhere to put a broom. This is a Weekender package rather than a full custom LQ, so it is sized for a show weekend, not a month on the road.
Mid-tack
Three-tier saddle rack, blanket bar, bridle hooks, brush tray. Sitting between the living space and the stalls, it does double duty as a buffer. Dust and smell stay on the horse side of the wall. There is a tack escape door up front.
Horse area
Hay mangers, drop-down windows for air, a rubber kick wall, and rubber mats on the floor. The roof is insulated, which matters in both directions: less radiant heat in August, less condensation dripping on horses in November.

What we do not have on file for this unit: box length, GVWR, and axle rating. Ask and we will read the tags before you drive out. On a gooseneck this size the truck is normally the binding constraint, so get the real number in advance rather than after you have signed.
The trailer has been through our shop. Brakes inspected and serviced, bearings packed, interior and exterior lights tested, roof seams checked and sealed. On a twenty-year-old living-quarters trailer, run the water, flush the toilet, and fire up the fridge and microwave while you are standing in it. Plumbing is where these age worst.
