2026 ITI Cargo 6ft x 12ft Enclosed Cargo Trailer – Blackout Package, Black Aluminum Wheels

Seventy-eight inches of interior height in a 6 x 12. That is generous for the size and it is the spec that decides whether you can stand up inside to load, or spend the day stooped. On a trailer this small most builders give you 72 in.

It is built in Pennsylvania with a screwless .030 aluminum exterior and semi-screwless sidewalls, on 16 in on-center wall studs. The Blackout package brings black aluminum wheels and blacked-out trim, which is cosmetic but it is the reason most people pick this one off the lot.

Construction details worth naming

The roof is one-piece seamless aluminum, so there is no lap seam over the middle of your cargo to leak in five years. There is a polyethylene vapor barrier between the steel frame and the aluminum skin, which stops the galvanic corrosion that eats screwed-together trailers from the inside. The tongue and lower sill areas get a truck bed liner coating. Floor and interior walls are 3/4 in engineered wood.

Doors and access

Rear ramp door with spring assist, and a 36 in flush-lock side entry door. LED lighting inside and out. There is a 24 in ATP stone guard on the nose, sidewall airflow vents and aluminum rear grab handles.

The single axle question

This runs one 3,500 lb drop spring axle with easy-lube hubs on ST205/75R15C radials. Single axle keeps it light, easy to move by hand in a driveway, and cheap on tires and brakes. The cost is redundancy. Blow a tire at highway speed on a tandem and the trailer stays up; on a single axle it does not. For local hauling and weekend use that is a fine trade. For interstate miles every week, buy a tandem.
