The ramp door
NEO replaced the traditional cable-supported ramp with a cableless design. Cables are the part that fails on an enclosed trailer, usually after a few years of the door being dropped rather than lowered. Without them the door is lighter to operate and there is nothing to adjust.
The floor is 3/4 in. plywood over the aluminum frame, which is the right thickness for rolling a bike up the ramp on a center stand without the deck flexing. Walls are white vinyl, so the interior stays bright and cleans up with a sponge.
Practical notes
EZ-Lube hubs mean you can grease the bearings with a gun instead of pulling the hub apart, so the annual maintenance is fifteen minutes rather than an afternoon. The 24 in. ATP stone guard protects the V-nose from road debris, which is where a bonded aluminum skin would otherwise take damage.
