2026 24 ft. Millennium Hero Enclosed Car Hauler, Black (Unit 0940)

This is the blacked-out Hero: .030 black exterior over black mod wheels, no chrome breaking it up anywhere. It hauls exactly the same as the white and gray units sitting next to it on the lot. People buy this one because it matches the truck, and there is nothing wrong with that reason.

Twenty-four feet of enclosed box, 6 in. tube frame, two 5,200# drop spring axles. The 6 in. height increase puts the interior at roughly 7 ft., which is the number that matters if you are loading a lifted truck or standing up to work around a car. A 30 in. slant wedge V-nose sits ahead of the box and gives you a spot for the spare and the jack.

Loading and tie-down

The rear is a heavy-duty ramp door with flap over a 48 in. beavertail. Four D-rings are installed in the floor. Use all four and center the load. Trailer sway on a 24-footer is almost always a loading problem, not a trailer problem, and too little tongue weight is the usual culprit. The 36 in. side door has a barlock and lets you get to the nose of the load without dropping the ramp.

Two honest downsides to black. It gets hot inside, and there is no vinyl liner or insulation in this build to slow that down, so working in it midsummer is unpleasant. It also shows swirls and dust the moment you wash it. Neither affects how it tows.
