The 2026 20-foot Millennium Econo-Max is a new enclosed trailer with a 6-inch tubular main frame, a screwed poly-core skin and spring axles. No cabinets, no LifeTrac, no stereo. If what you need is a locked, dry box that hauls a car or a couple of machines, this is where the money stops going into features you would never use.

Twelve inches of extra height

Standard 20-foot cargo trailers run about 6 feet 6 inches inside. This one adds a foot, which puts the interior near 7 feet 6 inches. That is the difference between ducking the whole time and standing up, and it is what makes the trailer viable for taller vehicles and stacked cargo rather than only for flat loads.

Frame and skin

Six-inch tubular main frame with floor crossmembers on 16-inch centers, wall posts on 16-inch centers and roof bows on 24-inch centers. The exterior is .080 black screwed poly-core, which is thicker and more dent-tolerant than thin bonded aluminum, at the cost of visible fasteners. Plywood walls at 3/8 inch and 3/4-inch plywood flooring inside. Spring axles rather than torsion, which ride firmer and cost less to replace.

Loading

Rear ramp door with a flap and a beavertail, so the approach angle is manageable for a normal car. A 36-inch side door with a barlock gives you walk-in access, and four floor D-rings handle tie-downs.
