2026 24 ft. Millennium Aluminum Blaze Car Hauler, Black Bonded

An aluminum trailer is a payload argument. This 24 ft. Blaze is aluminum framed and aluminum skinned, so it weighs less empty than a steel trailer of the same length. Every pound the box does not weigh is a pound your truck can spend on the car instead. If you are towing near the limit of a half-ton, that difference is the whole reason to look at this trailer rather than a steel one at a lower sticker.

The finish is .030 black bonded with a 30 in. V-nose. Bonded panels mean no screw heads down the sides, which looks cleaner and gives water fewer places to get in. Interior height is about 7 ft.

Suspension

Two 5,200# E-Z Lube spread torsion axles sit under it. Spreading the axles apart adds stability and evens out tire wear compared to a tight tandem. Torsion arms work independently, so a pothole on one side does not transfer across. The E-Z Lube fittings let you push grease into the bearings without a full teardown, which is the kind of thing you appreciate the third year in.

Inside

White vinyl walls and ceiling over black coin flooring, with a V-nose base and overhead cabinet. There is a roof vent, and the trailer is framed and wired for A/C already, so adding a unit later is a bolt-on instead of a rebuild. Loading is a heavy-duty ramp door over a 48 in. beavertail. Four 5,000# recessed D-rings anchor the load, an aluminum winch plate is fitted, and the rear wing carries lights. A 48 in. side door with FlushLock has a slide-out step under it.

One caution: 5,000# D-rings cover any passenger car and most trucks, but if you are strapping something genuinely heavy, do the math on strap angle before you assume the rating covers it. Freight is a flat $550 anywhere in the continental US, and returns run 30 days.
