Sno Pro 101×12 Aluminum 2-Place Snowmobile Trailer, 2023
Two sleds, out of the weather, behind a half-ton. That is the job this trailer does. It is a pre-owned 2023 Sno Pro 101×12 Hybrid in charcoal, all-aluminum, with the galvanized package on the wheels and axle. Straight sides instead of a taper at the walls, which buys you usable floor width where the machines actually sit.
Loading and living with it
The rear ramp is tapered with spring assist, so the transition off the ground is gentler and the door is not a fight to lift. Track mats and ski guides are already in the box. The full-length slide track with ski tie-down lets you strap each machine where it lands rather than dragging it to meet a fixed D-ring. A rear door canopy with lights covers you while you work at the tailgate after dark. The spare tire mounts inside and elevated, off the floor.
Front and side access doors mean you can get to gear without dropping the ramp. Interior height is 64 inches, which clears most stock windshields but is worth measuring against tall aftermarket bars.

The idler axle question
One 3-inch torsion axle, no brakes. At a 2,990 lb GVWR that is legal in most states and normal for a 12-footer, but it does put all the stopping on your truck. Two sleds plus fuel, gear and a couple of bodies’ worth of clothing runs well under the 1,992 lb payload, so you are not near the limit. Just know what you are pulling with. Galvanized running gear is the part that matters over ten winters of salt spray.
