Deckovers usually mean a high deck and a steep ramp angle, and that is the reason a lot of operators avoid them. Sure-Trac got around it here with a pierced I-beam frame, where the axles pass through the mainframe rather than sitting under it. Deck height lands at roughly 32 inches. On a 30,000 lb gooseneck deckover, that is unusually low.
Add the beavertail and the full-width spring-assisted ramps and the load angle is gentle enough for a low-clearance skid steer or a mini excavator to walk on without dragging its belly. That is the argument for this trailer over a conventional deckover, and it is a real one.

Frame and running gear
Twelve-inch I-beam mainframe with Cross Trac bracing between the members. Deckovers flex more than lowboys because the deck sits above the wheels and there is nothing between the rails to triangulate the load. The bracing is what keeps that in check. The 15,000 lb axle upgrade over the standard rating is where a good portion of the price sits, and it is the difference between a trailer that is at its limit with a mid-size excavator and one that is not.
Tie-downs and equipment
D-rings, stake pockets and rub rails along both sides, so you can strap a wide machine or chain a narrow one without improvising. Front toolbox, integrated side steps, sealed LED lighting throughout.
The money
It is a used 2023 unit, which means no federal excise tax. On a trailer at this GVWR that is not a small saving. Freight is a flat $550 to the continental US and you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
