Ramps are the worst part of owning a car hauler. They are heavy, they never store cleanly, and on a low car you are laying plywood over them and hoping. The H&H Speed Loader deletes them. The whole deck tilts, you drive on, the deck settles, you strap down.
This is the manual tilt version. It operates off a hydraulic jack, worked the same way as a floor jack under your car. No 12-volt pump, no battery to keep charged, no solenoid to corrode. Fewer parts to fail is a real advantage on a trailer that might sit for three months between uses.
Why the deck geometry matters
The tilt deck is full width and tilts to a low angle, and there is no beavertail. A beavertail is the kinked section at the rear of a conventional hauler, and it is exactly where a low front splitter or a long-wheelbase car drags. Without one, the approach angle stays shallow all the way up. Cars, UTVs, compact tractors and light trucks all load without drama.

Underneath it is a 6 in. channel frame with heavy-duty channel crossmembers, finished in high-gloss powder coat rather than paint. Powder coat holds up to road salt and stone chips considerably better, which is what determines whether a trailer looks tired at year five.
The slimline LED tail lights are recessed into the frame instead of hanging off the back where they get clipped in a yard. A 7K dropleg jack handles hitching. ATP rock guard protects the fenders from stones thrown by the tow vehicle. Extra stake pockets give you more strap positions than a standard four-point setup.
A spare tire mount is included. Fitting a spare before the first trip is cheap insurance on any trailer, and it is the thing people forget until they are on a shoulder somewhere.
